About the MKRC Regatta
Each year the club holds a one-day Regatta in September.
Unlike traditional river regattas, races at Milton Keynes are run over a 500-metre straight, buoyed two-lane course on the lake. The shorter distance makes racing fast and spectator-friendly, with the whole course being visible.

This year’s regatta
In 2026 the Regatta took place on Saturday 19th September. The results are online and can be seen here.
Congratulations to Warwick Boat Club, who were the overall winners of the day.
We’d like to extend our thanks to all the umpires, competitors, supporters and MKRC volunteers, who all combined to make it a really successful and enjoyable day (despite some challenging conditons)
Facilities at the club:
There are toilets at the event and a disabled toilet is available in the Clubhouse.
We will have refreshments serving hot and cold drinks and a range of foods.

Where to park:
Both car and trailer parking are signed on the approach to the Regatta area.
For cars, please turn into Copperhouse Court to park.
For trailers, go past Copperhouse Court and just past the speed bump there is an opening on the left, into Milton Keynes Rowing Club.
